Happy Monday, Reader!

This newsletter is going to be a really short one! I had a problem with my eye that put me out of commission for a few days, so I'm way behind on anything that involved vision (like writing). More on that later, but I'm fine.

How's it going? Drop me a note!

  • Building healthy habits, starting with really small ones
  • Changing our environment to encourage activity

I made a small change: I got my garage kettlebells cleaned up and relocated, so the are easy to get to and ready to use. Now I can do farmer walks (carrying one in each hand back and forth on the driveway) any time the mood strikes.

Coming Soon:

  • Getting back on track after an illness, injury, or just life events
  • Thriving during the coming cold, dark months
  • Eating well through fall, winter, and holidays
